Applications are now open for specialty high school programs at Judson ISD.

What you need to know

Families of 8th graders can apply to programs at Judson Early College Academy, Wagner Thunderbird STEM Academy, Judson High School P-TECH and Career and Technical Education transfers for the 2025-26 school year.

JECA accepts 150 incoming 9th graders each year, and is located on the Northeast Lakeview College campus. This program allows students to graduate with a high school diploma and an Associate of Arts degree.

Wagner Thunderbird STEM Academy offers the following programs for students:
  • Engineering
  • Biomedical science
  • Computer science-programming
  • Computer science-app development
Judson High School’s Pathways in Technology Early College High School program, or P-Tech, offers college core classes alongside CTE courses focused on prenursing and predental.

What else?

Applications are only available for 8th graders who will be moving into the 9th grade for the 2025-26 school year.
